 What you will taste

Alta Langa DOCG Extra Brut “Monsignore” 2021 — Ceretto
A vintage traditional-method sparkling wine from high-altitude vineyards in Vicoforte. Chardonnay and Pinot Nero combine freshness and fine bubbles with citrus, white flowers and subtle brioche notes.

Langhe DOC Arneis — Luigi Giordano
Grown in Barbaresco and vinified at low temperature to preserve its aromatic freshness. A bright, delicate white with crisp acidity, fresh fruit and floral character, aged on its fine lees in stainless steel.

Barbera d’Alba DOC — Luciano Sandrone
A more structured interpretation of Barbera, combining ripe red and dark fruit with the grape’s naturally vibrant acidity. Ageing in French oak adds depth and texture while keeping the wine energetic and elegant.

Barbaresco DOCG “Giganti” 2023 — Assetati
A refined expression of Nebbiolo, with aromas of red and dark cherry, plum, rose and violet, followed by subtle spice. Elegant and enveloping on the palate, with fine tannins, vibrant freshness and a long, persistent finish.

Barolo DOCG Monvigliero 2021 — Diego Morra
Nebbiolo from one of Verduno’s most distinctive crus. Monvigliero is known for aromatic finesse and elegance; Diego Morra’s 2021 combines red fruit, floral and spicy notes with silky tannins, lively acidity and a long, refined finish.

Five wines, five distinctive expressions of the Langhe — from Metodo Classico and native white varieties to Barbera, Barbaresco and a single-vineyard Barolo.
