Delivery Areas, Times & Conditions
WineHoliday delivers selected Piemonte wines, local food, drinks and WineHoliday Boxes directly to villas, holiday homes, private accommodation, private houses and second homes across selected areas of Piemonte.
We currently deliver to 87 towns across the Asti area, Monferrato, Langhe and the Bormida valleys.
Delivery conditions depend on your location. Simply find your town below to see your delivery days, delivery window, minimum order, delivery fee and free-delivery threshold.
How WineHoliday delivery works
Choose your products and add them to your cart.
When you select your delivery town, WineHoliday automatically applies the correct delivery conditions and assigns the delivery window for that location.
You then choose one of the available delivery dates.
You do not need to choose a delivery time manually.
Delivery windows are route-planning windows rather than guaranteed exact arrival times. Where possible, we may provide a more precise estimated arrival time on the delivery day.

Order deadlines
For standard WineHoliday delivery, orders placed by 11:59pm may normally be delivered on the following available delivery day.
The next available day depends on the delivery calendar for your town.
For example, locations with delivery only on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday cannot select Tuesday, Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Availability also remains subject to operational capacity and exceptional closure dates.
Fresh food & BBQ Boxes
Some WineHoliday products are prepared specifically for your order.
Our BBQ meat products are freshly prepared by our trusted local butcher.
For BBQ products:
For most delivery days: order by 11:59pm the day before.
For Sunday delivery: BBQ products must be ordered by Friday at 11:59pm, because our butcher is closed on Sundays.
Fresh-product availability remains subject to preparation time and the delivery calendar for your location.
Your delivery address
WineHoliday delivers directly to your villa, holiday home, accommodation or private house.
During the ordering process, please provide:
- your delivery town;
- villa or accommodation name;
- full delivery address;
- delivery date;
- WhatsApp or telephone number;
- any useful access information.
At checkout, your shipping address must be the address where you want WineHoliday to deliver.
Your billing address can be your normal home address if different.
Someone must be available to receive the order
Please make sure someone is available at the accommodation during the assigned delivery window and reachable by WhatsApp or telephone.
For orders containing alcoholic beverages, an adult aged 18 or over must be available to receive the delivery.
If access to the property is difficult, please include gate codes, parking information, bell names or other useful instructions when ordering.
Is your town not listed?
If your villa, holiday home or accommodation is outside the towns listed above, contact us before ordering.
Send us the name or full address of your accommodation.
Depending on the location, date and route, we may be able to organise an exceptional delivery. Additional minimum-order requirements or delivery charges may apply.
An exceptional delivery is only confirmed once agreed with WineHoliday.
